写真についてはデジタル化後廃棄の予定。機関紙等の逐次刊行物は当館所蔵資料との複本になる場合は廃棄対象とする。国立国会図書館ほか全国の公共図書館または大学図書館が所蔵している一般図書は書誌情報のみ採録して、館蔵資料としては登録しない。
歌謡曲など市販されている音楽カセットテープは廃棄。
