History
1946年、会社によって、彦根、中津川、岸和田、長浜の各工場に労働組合が結成された。（『近江絹糸人権争議の研究』上野輝将,2009,部落問題研究所参照）。「組合役員選挙に際し、組合長も執行委員も必ず重役が指名し組合はこれを推薦する。自主的に立候補すると解雇をもって脅して辞退せしめる」（『資料労働運動史』労働省p.629）という状態で、御用組合的な性格が強かった。1954年の人権争議により、新たな組合が設立された後、争議終結時、会社系の組合は三分裂した状態であった。その後、1954年11月に新組合と会社がユニオン・ショップ協定を締結し、翌12月には、会社系の３組合が新組合に吸収される形で統一が実現した（『大いなる翼を広げて』オーミケンシ労働組合,1989参照）。
